This is a Cedar door we made a while ago. We grooved thin metal strips into the face of the door. We recently received the finished photo after it has been stained and polished. Looks fabulous.
Jarrah Door
Finished ProductWe continue manufacturing the Jarrah work for a hotel and as all the windows are done, we are onto the doors.
Here is one of the internal, Jarrah doors all finished. It weighs 47 kilograms, so quite heavy and will need good solid hinges to support it.

A couple who ordered and bought a door from us has sent us a photo now it is installed and has the door hardware on it. This door was based on a photo the client took, and then adjusted to suit the doorframe opening. The other notable thing about this door is all the beading is on the inside so the front of the door has no seen putty or nail points.
