New single hung cedar window. Re-used the clients leadlight , and obscure cathedral glass up top. Spiral balances and flyscreen

This cedar arched frame was just picked up from the factory. We made this based on an arch template given to us, and working on opening sizes for existing leadlight the client wanted to re-use. Hoping once installed they will send us some finished photos!
Remember = everything we make is of a custom size to suit our customers. We don’t have to work on set/standard sizes.
this morning we removed an aluminium garden bay window in a kitchen, and replaced it with a more traditional window that would have originally been there.

This is the aluminium window we were to remove. This is to coincide with a kitchen refit inside. note the roof- that actually opens!

Window removed, and the opening exposed. You can see how much silicon on the sides (and head) were used on the alum window.

New Cedar Window. Quads outside, lining and aves on the inside. new kitchen bench will slide right up against the window sill.
If you scroll a bit back you might see a raked frame in our factory. here it is now installed (today).
