Today I have done a bit of everything; helping the lads out on all these odd jobs for the start of the year. Always with a camera in hand, here is some of the things we are doing today.

Here we are making a large arched window with colonial bars, top down photo showing us setting up the template etc.

Here is mill (raw) alumimium commercial frame we have engineered to a curve. we will then make a window from it.
Here we are installing some commercial fixed frames as well as a doorframe +pair of pivot doors.
All in paperbark, with subsills and laminate glass.

Its nearing the end of the year and we have been flat out trying to get all our work done before the xmas break. Its so busy ive had no time to upload new photos recently, but here is a job we were on yesterday.

Clear Anodise series 400 commercial framing with hinged door.
This job now needs to be glazed, and we have windows on the second floor as well.

Mill (raw) aluminium, ready for delivery to the powdercoater for painting as “NOTRE DAME “
This is what windows and doors look like after being cut, docked, machined from the raw extrusions. next stop the powdercoater to paint them – in this case a colour called NOTRE DAME will be used. then we get the painted extrusions back, check they are ok and then assemble them ready for the next step after that – glazing.

Here are 3 shopfronts we are installing after a fire gutted the rooms. All commercial framing, with pivot doors. It will have blue laminate glass. Doors get installed next and then glass and trims.
Here are some photos of a job we are doing for a bank site.
All black aluminium, with 25mm glazing channels. Some corner parts will have glass on glass silicon joins… these photos are taken before glazing has occurred.

Here is some photos of the office partitions we have set up this morning. Located in the CBD on a third floor of a building. Glazing will be clear laminate; 6 and 10.38 thickness. No one is looking forward to lifting the glass up 3 stories.

Clear anodise commercial frames and doors for an office partition in CBD – ready to be installed first thing tomorrow morning. Each frame is over 3m high and will be installed on the third floor of a building.
