We are often asked to reproduce / match existing windows and doors and sashes that have seen better days. Here are a pair of rebated meranti doors we have just finished today.

Colonial bars
Finished Product, Work in progressWe are making a series of cedar frames with colonial bars. They will be sent off and some of the frames will be assembled on site to make a bay window (about an hour south of Adelaide). I am also trying out a new glass cleaning product which I must say is fantastic.

Sliding Door

Yesterday we installed a cedar sliding door into a prepared opening. Glass by others (will be double glazed). We are also removing fixed panels of bronze float glass and installing opening casement sashes (opens like doors). Up in the hills overlooking the city.

Finished Product, Uncategorized, Work in progressWe just finished a custom skylite panel which was loaded up for delivery- not 15minutes ago.
1525 x 2875 stop schampfers, timber beaded, solid western red cedar – as per a design given to us by the builder. They plan on having custom leadlight fitted and I should imagine will look very impressive in the ceiling of a home.

Plantation shutters
Finished Product, Uncategorized, Work in progressWe have remade a whole house load of plantation shutters. these are operarable, but really play a more decorative role on the house rather than function. we had the best originals to work off, the rest were much too rotten. lots of time/ labour for these.
