This is a photo from the builder Egritech / Tiny houses. We have been supplying them windows and doors in a number of their little house projects. Their details below;
Well, for a change for us we manufactured timber windows and doors, then the boss drove up to NSW with them, whilst myself (production manager) and our main installer flew across.
we spend the Easter break installing 3 hinged doors, a sliding door, new sashes for front existing windows, 2 new spiral balance hung lift up windows, an awning window, a large fixed lite window and a sliding window.

It was quite hard to get any good photos, due to the closeness of fences and trees etc.
Last day of the financial year. I’ve filled the factory as much as possible with timber before our suppliers start upping the price of the raw timbers…
This is a little cedar bathroom window we have made with inbuilt shelf/cabinet with mirror. Lovely little thing.
Yesterday we removed 2 old aluminium sliding windows (the original timber frames were still hidden behind them and also had to be removed).
We kept the internal linings, nosing and aves as they were in good condition and there was no need to replace them. But more care is required when removing the existing frames so as to not damage those internal timbers.
We replaced them with new cedar single hung windows. Dummy side sashes (they dont move). Locks, screen and operated with spiral balances (black tubes that hold the sash up and down – as opposed to weights and pulleys in a box frame window (we we also make).
Just back in the office after this mornings install. Old Casement window had well and truly rotten away. New Cedar Awning window – clear glass, and winder + screen on inside.
Look at how many frames we have in the factory at this one moment. Running out of space.
A dog had chewed the colonial bars of the window. We had been asked by insurance to replace this section of the bay window.
This sash had rotted and no longer was operable. Again we were asked to replace this section of the bay window.

After a hell of a lot of care to remove the existing center frame from the above timber paneling. Same on inside – we managed to keep all the decorative beading on the inside. New panel in, cover plates replaced.
New awning sash in place too.
