This morning we set up 2 bifolds for installation. here is a photo of the work being carried out. I left the lads there to finish the glazing, so its not a finished photo.

Cedar bifold doors.
1 is 3 panel, other is 5 panel.
This morning, we had 3 bifolds up and screwed in by 9:30am.
I’ve come back to the factory to relax and do this post, whilst the lads struggle on and do the finishing touches. Monday we glaze them.

Getting the first bifold moved into position

3 bifolds secured in (more screws later) by 930am. Glazing will occur monday with 6.38 clear laminate glass.
Yesterday i took this photo of a jobsite we are working on. The Client is not yet ready for the glass panels to be installed. Clear anodise commercial framing. Awnings on top of the windows.

Well we have come back (the 9th for George and I with the rest of the staff fully back on january 23rd 2017). I’ve been a little slack in uploading new images of what we have been doing so today here are a few random images of what has been going on the past few months.

Clear anodise office partitions
Spent a few days installing office partitions, doors, glass and locks on various floors of a franklin st building in adelaide’s CBD. we re-used some glass panels, and some doors, with the rest being manufactured in our factory and then installed on site.

Very hard work with most items requiring transport up staircases.or lifts.
While roaming the factory i took a quick photo of these 2 doors having their recessed panels inserted and beaded. work in progress.


a few doors are getting finished off all at once.some are being putty glazed, most have timber beading.
We made this window for a builder, who installed the window and here we are getting it glazed. It should look amazing when the place is finished. Client very happy.
