A few photos of random work

Finished Product, Uncategorized, Work in progress

How fast this year has flown by. As deadline to our one and only break looms, we are pushing as much work out as possible. Some random work of what has been going on;

A pair of custom cedar gates. The curve was based off a template from the originals.
Gas strut awning window. one of two which will be used in a food/coffee van.
gas strut awning when opened.
part of the cedar gate. this was the top rail.
About to fit the hardware to a single hung window (with spiral balances).
Our aluminium awning window frame. It is a 60mm frame, so a little chunkier than most residential frames. Outside view
Inside view of our aluminium awning. whitco chain winder, flyscreen.

Remove and install of Aluminium Windows

Finished Product, Work in progress

Yesterday we removed 3 old aluminium sliding windows which had 3mm float glass, and replaced them with new slightly larger residential framing( depth 60mm) glazed with 6.38 clear laminate glass. Awnings with chain winders and screens.  The result was quite dramatic, with a fair few compliments as people passed by.

3 of us on the first day, and1more morning to just finish some angles on the outside.

Aluminium Awning Window

Finished Product

You will note the website almost always shows off the lovely timber joinery work we do.

We also have do aluminium windows and doors – both residential and commercial grade.

Today a client will pick up their custom sized bathroom awning window with spotswood obscure glass as requested.

Our residential window is 60mm deep, which is a little more deep than a lot of other window frames made which sit around 40-50mm.

You can see the flyscreen sits on top of the winder block so you can wind out the sash and keep the screen in place.
